River Church Baltimore publicly identifies Tony and Karen Carpenter as its pastors and describes its mission around reaching the lost, reviving believers to biblical truth and raising disciples.
The Baltimore church traces its launch to 2020. Its public ministry emphasizes evangelism, discipleship, holiness and spiritual awakening. Those themes are closely connected to the reason River Church Frankfurt invited Carpenter for a five-day conference rather than a single guest service.
